This Privacy Policy applies to Air Pro UT ("Air Pro UT", "we", "us", or "our"), operating in Salt Lake City, Utah, and serving residential and commercial properties across the Wasatch Front.

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and security of personal information collected through our website (https://www.airprout.com/), customer support phone lines, online appointment booking systems, and on-site service operations.

This policy is updated for 2026 compliance in accordance with the Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA, Utah Code Title 13, Chapter 61), as well as applicable United States federal laws governing telecommunications and electronic privacy.

We collect personal information necessary to deliver HVAC, air duct cleaning, dryer vent clearing, chimney sweep, and indoor air quality services:

• Identifiers & Contact Data: Full name, physical service address, billing address, telephone number, and email address provided when scheduling or inquiring.
• Property & System Metadata: Vent count, furnace location, chimney type, square footage, property access instructions, and prior HVAC service records.
• Payment Transaction Data: Payment details (credit card tokenization, transaction history). Payment details are processed directly through PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant processors; Air Pro UT never stores raw credit card numbers.
• Technical & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and interaction logs collected automatically via secure web servers.

Your personal data is used strictly for legitimate business operations under Utah law:

• Dispatching technicians and performing on-site ventilation and air duct services.
• Processing service requests, generating transparent estimates, and issuing invoices.
• Sending automated appointment confirmations, ETA notifications, and service completion receipts.
• Fulfilling 30-day satisfaction guarantees, warranty claims, and maintaining property service logs.
• Complying with Utah tax, accounting, contractor licensing, and legal reporting obligations.
• Improving website performance, security monitoring, and fraud prevention.

Air Pro UT sends text messages, including service messages (such as appointment confirmations, dispatch alerts, and digital invoices) and marketing messages, only to people who check the SMS consent box. Providing your phone number alone does not mean you consent to receive text messages. If you do not give SMS consent, we will only call you about your request.

We share personal data solely under the following limited circumstances:

• Essential Service Vendors: Secure cloud dispatch software, PCI-compliant payment gateways, and automated transactional SMS gateways operating under strict non-disclosure agreements.
• Legal Obligation: When required by Utah court order, subpoena, state contractor licensing authority, or applicable federal law.

We use cookies and similar tools from Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads), Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok to understand how visitors use our site and to measure and improve our ads. When you request or book a service, we may share that event with these companies (for example, that a booking was made, and contact details in hashed form where Meta's automatic advanced matching applies). These companies may use this information as described in their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information. We store ad click IDs (like gclid/fbclid) and campaign tags first-party to measure which ads lead to bookings.

Our website uses the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics and Google Ads tags (loaded through Google Tag Manager). These tools use cookies and similar technologies to help us measure visits and conversions (such as booking clicks and phone-call clicks) and to show relevant ads on Meta and Google services.

Information such as pages viewed, clicks, referring pages, approximate location derived from IP address, and device and browser information may be collected by, and shared with, Meta and Google. Their use of this information is governed by their own privacy policies. We do not sell personal data for money; to the extent this sharing is considered targeted advertising under applicable law, you can opt out using the options below.

We use Meta and Google Ads conversion tracking to record when a booking is completed or our phone number is tapped. The conversion events our website sends contain a booking reference (and a value, if any). They do not include your name, address, email or phone number. However, our online booking form (provided by Workaholix) may also load these tools, and Meta's Pixel may automatically detect information you enter there, such as your email or phone number, and send it to Meta in hashed (scrambled) form to help match conversions.

Hashed contact details: We do not use Google enhanced conversions, so our website does not send your contact details to Google in hashed form. Meta's automatic advanced matching is on, so when you enter details such as your email or phone number on our site, Meta's Pixel may send them to Meta in hashed (scrambled) form to help match bookings to ad clicks. You can limit ad personalization and cookie-based tracking using the opt-out options below.

We also use Google Ads remarketing, which means Google and its partners may show our ads on other websites and apps to people who have visited airprout.com, using cookies. You can opt out at Google Ads Settings or the NAI and DAA links below.

TikTok Pixel: We use the TikTok Pixel to measure how well our TikTok ads work, such as visits to our offer page, booking-button and phone-number taps, and quote requests. TikTok may collect information such as pages viewed, clicks, IP address and device and browser information, and may receive contact details you enter on our site in hashed (scrambled) form. TikTok's use of this information is governed by its own privacy policy. You can limit cookie-based tracking in your browser settings and the opt-out options below, and adjust ad personalization in your TikTok app's settings.

Online booking: Online appointment booking is provided by our booking provider, Workaholix. Information you enter in the booking form (such as your name, contact details, address, and appointment preferences) is collected and processed by Workaholix on our behalf so we can schedule and complete your service.

SMS: We send text messages only to people who have opted in to receive them. Visiting our website or seeing our ads does not sign you up for texts. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

Air Pro UT implements administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. These include TLS 1.3 encryption for web forms, encrypted databases, and strict access controls for staff.

Retention Period: Personal customer data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the service purpose, maintain warranty records, resolve disputes, or comply with Utah state tax recordkeeping requirements (typically up to 7 years for financial transactions).

Our services and website are intended strictly for property owners, tenants, and adults aged 18 and older. Air Pro UT does not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
